Our affordable wedding venue in NC has packages designed with your wedding needs in mind!
***Friday Weddings get 4 Bonus hours on Thursday to come in and decorate & have a rehearsal.
***Saturday weddings receive their 4 Bonus hours on Sunday. (We recognize it is not a huge advantage on Sunday, but it is oh so nice to not be rushed to get everything packed up Saturday night!)

Outdoor weddings are what we do best! Choose from several ceremony locations or inside our Venue in case of inclement weather. The Venue is Climate Controlled!

Lights, draping, & chandeliers already hung inside…your guests will think you did an amazing job. ;)

Two Indoor restrooms (our larger restroom is wheelchair accessible, has a full length mirror and hooks to use as an extra changing room).
Caterer’s room which includes a refrigerator, industrial sink, and 3 prep tables with black tablecloths—there is no ice machine.

No hidden fees. There are no additional service fees at The Catlett Farm. There is a rental fee related to linens & dishes if you choose to use ours.
Average Wedding Budget
To give you an idea of costs, most of our couples average budget is between 10k-25k…depending on guest count. Because our venue rental is a flat rate, we have no guest minimum. Our maximum capacity is 150 including you and your wedding party. **Please note that we allow Beer & Wine only…No liquor allowed and an Event insurance policy is required (around $120-$180).
With a small budget (smart use of our decor and natural outdoor beauty), a large budget (with a designer dress, fabulous florals, and a terrific wedding planner), or anything in between, The Catlett Farm will be a wonderful fit for your big day and become your new favorite outdoor and affordable wedding venue.

A few more important details
Insured Professional Caterers are required.
They provide a delicious meal keeping the food safe for you and your guests, they are certified to serve, and you and your guests are covered under their insurance. Picking up food FROM a caterer is not allowed, they must be at the venue serving your guests in order for you to be covered under their insurance policy.
Each couple must purchase an Event Insurance policy with The Catlett Farm listed as the additional insured to be returned with your contract - Approximate cost is $180 with alcohol liability or $120 without alcohol through companies like Eventsured.com, WedSafe, etc. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the price/terms will be based on the date we write the contract, not the date of the tour.)
